The Ranger Hub forms the operational heart of the Nanutarra Masterplan, providing facilities that support environmental stewardship, land management and on-Country programs.

Developed in collaboration with the PKKP Aboriginal Corporation, the precinct creates a permanent base for ranger operations while supporting broader initiatives including ecological rehabilitation, cultural land management, native species propagation and community engagement.

Located within the wider Nanutarra landscape, the Ranger Hub is designed as a practical and resilient working environment. Workshops, storage facilities, administration spaces, staff amenities and outdoor work areas are organised around efficient day-to-day operations while responding to the climatic conditions of the Pilbara.

The project recognises that caring for Country requires more than individual buildings. By providing the infrastructure necessary to support ranger activities, the precinct contributes to long-term environmental management, cultural knowledge sharing and the ongoing presence of Traditional Owners on Country.
