St Pat's Administration Centre & Housing

This project forms part of the broader St Patrick’s Community Support Centre Redevelopment, alongside the Community Engagement Hub project.

Stage Two of redevelopment involves the refurbishment of the heritage-listed Stella Maris building to create a centralised administration and collaboration centre for St Pat’s, alongside the delivery of 28 new homes. Together, these projects will replace outdated facilities and enable more efficient service delivery, while providing much-needed long-term accommodation for people exiting homelessness.

The design balances careful conservation of existing structures with new construction, ensuring functionality, longevity, and sustainability. Durable, low-maintenance materials, passive design principles, and a minimum 50-year design life underpin the project, reflecting St Pat’s commitment to creating resilient and supportive community infrastructure.
