Our North Fremantle headquarters is a living example of how sustainable architecture creates resilient, efficient, and healthy workplaces.
Built on an undesired remnant site beside the train line, the building makes productive use of land unsuitable for residential development. Constructed from insulated concrete panels, it achieves excellent thermal performance, supported by operable louvres and a Climate Wizard air conditioning system that uses 80% less power than conventional systems while delivering 100% fresh air. Floor-to-ceiling glazing provides natural light, while low-energy LED fixtures reduce operational consumption. A tank beneath the building captures rainwater, which is used for our toilets and irrigation.
Our head office demonstrates how sustainability goes beyond orientation and efficient services: it’s about designing for longevity, adaptability, and reduced environmental impact across the life of a building. As our creative hub, it embodies the robust, low-maintenance, and future-ready approach we bring to every project.
