PICTURE FRAME HOUSE

Description
A single level residence with undercroft garages, workshops and wine cellar. A challenge was to design for high adverse and exposed costal conditions, such as wave spray landing on the verandah during storms. The construction as proved to be high durable and is enjoyed continuously by the owner.
