RIALTO APARTMENTS
Description
Infill development to replace a building destroyed by fire. Due to site constraints, the entire façade and verandah was prefabricated off site using steel and precast concrete. This demonstrates the capacity to apply contemporary construction technologies seamlessly in heritage areas.
